Our small batch of gourmet mustards start with organic mustard seeds. The seeds are steeped in our very own hard cider for 2 weeks, a process which we elaborated to ressemble a dijon which is typically made with champagne. All 3 unique flavours are made with our fruit and honey from our hives. Apple Mustard, Saskatoon Berry Mustard and Honey Mustard are crafted without added colours or preservatives for an authentique small batch flavour. Excellent with sausage, they kick up sandwiches and salad dressings.
